SHIPPING TURNAROUND

  • Ready-To-Ship bikinis are shipped the next business day.
  • Custom-Made bikinis require 5-15 business days to ship due to its handmade and custom nature. Please, contact us to know what the current time is.
  • Hats require 1-2 business days to ship.
  • We ship orders during business days. If you ordered on a festive day or weekend, we will ship your package the next business day. 
  • Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please, allow 1-3 business day for order processing. 
  • We can’t ship to P.O. boxes. Sorry! If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

EXPEDITE SHIPPING

  • We offer expedite shipping at no additional cost for products that are in-stock and ready-to-ship. Please, contact us to know if it is possible during your buying period.
  • We are not able to offer expedite shipping for custom orders due to the handmade nature of the item. Nevertheless, contact us to see if we can make some magic happen for you ☺.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

  • Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your FedEx® tracking number.
  • You may visit the FedEx® website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status. Or you can track your order through our website visiting your profile.  

DELIVERY

  • Delivery time may vary due to different reasons such as custom processes or country of destination.
  • If you are US or CAN based the package is usually delivered after 2-4 days of being shipped.
  • If you are EU or AUS based the package is usually delivered after 3-5 days of being shipped.
  • These are estimations based on average transit time and it is just for reference.
  • Some packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order.
